Selenium Testing for a US retailer

Retail application works with multiple systems (POS, Carriers, Payment) and to complete flow, all systems should be working;

Carriers have multiple test servers and data for each server is different

Flow updates POS, DB and API and end to end verification was time consuming & latency in getting real-time update

Automation: Developed Automation Suite in SeleniumWebDriver for Regression Cases; API Suite run for each major release and patch, regression run for Major release only; Regression Suite constantly updated after each major release; Team of 4 QAs working on Manual and Automation Cases.

Tracking: JIRA based dashboard including Sprint / Product backlogs & defects; Zephyr used for Test Case Management; Confluence used for documentation
