Business Challenge

  • Performing different kinds of testing – Functional, API, Performance, Database. Tracking money flow, fee processing and revenue sharing on UI and in Database.

  • To automate Acceptance test on priority and then covering other functional areas which covered automating critical path such as money movement on UI and verifying in database. Product was completely based on card processing and its complete end-to-end flow were need to be tested.

  • Factor couple of release features where completed late and then performing complete testing on it.

  • Prepared Requirement Traceability Matrix to gauge test case coverage corresponding to each requirement. Prioritized the requirement and automate test cases for missing flows. Created Jira Dashboard to track Epics, User Story, Change Request, Improvement, Task and Bugs.

  • It’s wasn’t possible to automate all test cases in parallel to release but we found a solution to it – Identified P1 test cases, reviewed it first with development team to make sure that around these cases there are no more development changes, finally we automated the approved test cases to reduce the maintenance of scripts.

  • Developed Performance test plan and identified all the critical areas, which were automated using JMeter. This revealed many performance issue of system with concurrent users such as memory leak.
