Functional testing for Fintech

Functional requirement is not documented and when documented not much details were there to get the feature understanding. Change in requirement more often and lack of QA processes.

Comprehensive test cases of different modules were not available.

Regression : Handling multiple small releases on adhoc requirement

Planned different KT sessions to get the product understanding. Implemented QA processes and streamlined different processes in order to create effective delivery process and which also helped us to foresee changes in the requirement.

Prepared end-to-end process test cases for each modules by including each critical use case which helped for 100% functional coverage. Categorize each release with their respective feature & prepared checklist to cover all impacted functional scenarios.

Prepared a bug workflow document for developer & testing teams.

Increased productivity by removing dependencies which turned around in delivering more work with quality.

QA process built better collaboration between development & testing team

Regression work became easier by implementing the checklist and reduced overall QA efforts

Built nearest to bug free product and helped them in making the product user friendly.
