Client had challenges with their existing QA. There was no coordination between the development and testing teams. No process was followed by the developers and QA team.

Testing time was getting increased due to repeated defects on each store. They were looking for partners who has the skills to do root cause analysis

Development was not freezing when deployed to the QA for testing

Prepared use cases which includes the critical business workflow and prepared test cases for the same use cases for regression and then executed them after each deployment.

Created the process to be followed by development and QA team. Our team prepared test case suite for development team and make sure they execute all test cases before any deployment. All the test case execution was managed in Test Rail.
