Product Testing for a telecom operator

Client had to prepare detail test cases for their product Voice Connect UI portal as well as Web methods testing

SIT testing was required to ensure that all 5 downstream application was working as expected

Testing the API on non-dedicated QA environment

Tracking of every order was required

UAT support in coordination with the Client development team

A team consisting of test manager and engineers understood the domain in a very short span of time and built the test cases of their SharePoint application VoiceConnect

Performed XML testing to ensure reliability of portal with downstream application

SIT was done by executing the SIT test cases. Updating the template to track the actual execution status.
